Issue/Introduction

After IPL of actual lpar this morning we get error msg. CCSR010E soon after startup of CA View (actually we see some reports have been handled over to CA VIEW database before this error msg.). The CA VIEW task 'VIEWSTCS' was stopped normally before IPL. Here is  start of joblog:

Cause

S02A - The error occurred during execution of a data management     
   request for a spool dataset. JES2 found that the data management
   control blocks were no longer valid or that the JES2 UBUF control
   block was no longer valid. 

Output that Ca View is trying to select is corrupt .

 

 

Resolution

Hold the first report in the Jes2 Output Queue that is in the Class that  Ca View is selecting and then start the Ca View STC.
