Where do I set the Update Configuration and Basic Inventory Interval Settings?

Issue/Introduction

There are two buttons at the top of the Symantec Management Agent. One is called "Update Configuration" and the other is called "Basic Inventory. How do I set the intervals for how often the agent checks in for Configuration updates and Basic Inventory Updates (highlighted in yellow below)?

In the Symantec Management Console, go to Settings>All Settings>Agents/Plug-ins>Symantec Management Agent>Settings>Targeted Agent Settings and under the General Tab (highlighted in yellow below) you will see the settings:
