Unable to send notifications for timesheets in "Submitted" status (ERROR TMA-0103)

Issue/Introduction

The following message displays when trying to send a notification on a timesheet that is in "Submitted" status:

TMA-0103: One or more notifications not sent. You can only send notifications for unsubmitted timesheets belonging to labor resources you have approval rights over.

Resolution

This is working as designed. A notification can only be sent for a Timesheet that is not submitted.
