AWI fails to start using Jetty on AIX after enable the HTTPS URL

Issue/Introduction

When setting up the HTTPS URL for AWI with Jetty running on AIX, we get the following error and the AWI start page is not available.

The following error is displayed in the AWI log (<jetty>/osgi-tmp/0/<server>_ECC_LOG.00.txt):
