Auditing ETC on Assignments returns unexpected data

Issue/Introduction

Added new Assignment Audit field for ETCs it appears to be calculating wrong / not in hours when looking in MUX - Audit

Environment

Release : 16.1.2

Resolution

• This is a functionality gap. The audit you are seeing is displayed correctly but in seconds. 
• It's the actual value * 3600 - exactly how it's stored in the database.
• We have not added the conversion yet, it is targeted in 16.1.3
