Issue/Introduction

Executing Rexx routine to invoke the ISMF (SMS) panels and encountering the following during Tasklib 20.1 STEPLIB execution:

Return Code 21 is not documented in the Tasklib manual.

Resolution

The RAI 20.1 PC routine was not initialized as required per the following documentation link:
