Not able to save an alert threshold

Issue/Introduction

Trying to change the "Warn me" threshold throws the below error:

 

"Valid is invalid"

Environment

Release : SAAS

Cause

The field "The Alert Contac Field" and the field "Warn me" into Alerting section must be the same.

Resolution

1. Click on the monitor and check what is set in "Choose the alert contact to receive notification" over the General tab.

2. Check the field "Warn me" in Alerting tab:

3. Make sure that the fields "Choose the alert contact to receive notification" and "Warn me" has the same value, otherwise, it will no work.

4. Make sure you do have fully privileges to perform this change, otherwise, it will not work either.
