Symantec Identity Manager - "perform on" option for Provisioning Role returns no results

Issue/Introduction

When we configure the "perform on" option for Provisioning Role in a task "View Submitted tasks", and I launch a search it returns nothing.

Environment

Release : 14.4.2

Cause

Configure “Performed On” against Provisioning Roles

Modify a provisioning role and or add a role to a user.

Navigate to VST > Set Performed On to “Provisioning Role” > Selected Prov role > Leads to no results.

Additionally:

The Performed On search filter does not support search based on Endpoints, Accounts and Account Templates objects. As per the below document it seems as though “Provisioing Role” / “Admin Role” should function.

Resolution

Upgrade to 14.4CP2 and open a support case requesting HF_IMS-14.4.2-20230613172127-DE568144.tgz.gpg.
