Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: 

When creating an Idea from a template, the "Idea Priority" field does not copy

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create a new Idea as a "Template" and ensure the "Idea Priority" field is populated
2. Create a new Idea from the template

Expected Results: 

The Idea Priority should copy from the template into the new Idea

Actual Results:

The Idea Priority is empty
