EBC - Problem with module EBCSVR20 after Start of RMOSTC

Issue/Introduction

We receive S0C1 abends, after a start of RMOSTC, which appear to point to the module EBCSVR20.

Release : 14.0

Resolution

The client had on EBC 14.0 APAR LU01681, but did not have on LU02394:

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After installing Infrastructure change for SUBSYS DD statement
support APAR LU01681, MVS tasks performing SVC 20 (close) during a
small window of time while Deliver is initializing may receive
S0C1 abend.
 
SYMPTOMS:
Jobs, started tasks, and TSO programs issuing close SVC (20) may abend
with S0C1 abend when the Deliver RMOSTC task is started.
 
IMPACT:
Jobs and started tasks that abend will have to be restarted.
 
CIRCUMVENTION:
None.

After the application of LU02394, and doing an LLA refresh, there were no more S0C1 abends upon the start of RMOSTC.
