CA Service Management - Asset Portfolio Management

Issue/Introduction

The customer said they noticed that in the backend database the inactive session is increasing by ca.exportservice.exe service. They have to manually clean the session else the user is unable to login to the session. 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Resolution

Stopping and restarting the "CA Asset Portfolio Management - Export Service" eliminated all the inactive sessions.
