FTP Login Client received 530, Unable to connect to remote server

Issue/Introduction

In the ProxySG event logs, the following error is seen for Reporter's FTP, ‘Login incorrect’ Client received 530, Unable to connect to remote server for log uploading. The username and password has been updated and matches both on the Reporter and ProxySG.

Environment

Release : 11.0.1.1

Resolution

We found that using ALL caps in username introduces this misleading error message.  Changing from all caps to lower and uppercase characters resolves this error.
