Issue/Introduction

We recently deployed our first ever Custom Investment template for one of our clients and we have just noticed that all the tasks generated from that template use the same IDs as the tasks in the template. Therefore, we have many tasks in our system with the same IDs.

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

After reviewing the create project/custom investment from template process design, there is a bit of dilemma when creating project from template and this process is not generating unique task ID's.

Possible workaround:
Object = Task
Attribute= = ID (enable auto-number)
Go to the Project Template and go to the Tasks and delete the Task's ID's. This way when new from template invoked the process will create the desired tasks (auto-number) included in the new project.
