We are trying to add new Harvesters to the NFA console, but we see a "Failed to add new record" message.   

Environment

Cause

Firewall blocking ports between the NFA Console and NFA Harvester

Resolution

Please verify the NFA port requirements:

 

Console port requirements: 

8381 (TCP), 8382 (TCP) , 8681(TCP), 8981 (TCP) and 9995 (UDP)


Harvester Port Requirements: 

3307, 3308, 8066, 8067, 8080 (All TCP)
