Need to Replace CEM Gateway Certificate without Internet Connected Macs Losing Communication to Altiris

Issue/Introduction

The customer has many Computers running MacOS. They are connecting to the NS via the Internet GW. The customer is preparing to change the Gateway certificate and is using the following document:

How to Update or Replace the Cloud-Enabled Management (CEM) Internet Gateway certificate

The Windows computers are receiving the new thumbprint in the registry but the Mac computers are not receiving the thumbprint. Also, we found that none of the Mac computers were in the Cloud-enabled Management Settings (policy).

This has been fixed in:
