Work item name not visible on Details page

Issue/Introduction

I have a user who is encountering instances where the work item name is not visible on the details page. The font color is the same shade as the ribbon so she has to click on the name field to be able to read the name.  This seems to occur mostly when she uses the "search all work items". 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Resolution

It appears the browser extension Adobe Acrobat is causing the issue when she disabled it, the text appeared correctly.
