Records missing from the DWH_FIN_TRANSACTION_FACTS table

Issue/Introduction

After the partial load is executed, certain records are missing from the DWH_FIN_TRANSACTION_FACTS table. 

Environment

Release : 16.1.1

Cause

The Update %Complete job was running paralellely with the Load DWH partial job. When an update is done on the project by Update % job, the records are expected to be skipped by the partial load. 

Resolution

Set Update %complete job as incompatible to Load DWH job.
