Cannot Login to Enforce console with SSO after upgrading to DLP 16.0

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded to DLP 16.0 and now you cannot load the Enforce console login. With the previous version you were able to login with SSO.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Resolution

This is a known issue and will be fixed in DLP 16.0 RU1.

To work around this issue in DLP 16.x prior to RU1 release, perform the following steps.

1. Stop the Manager Service on the Enforce server
2. Find and copy the following jar file from the 15.8 version of DLP installed on the Enforce server
   • DataLossPrevention/EnforceServer/15.8.00000/Protect/tomcat/lib/xmltooling-1.4.4.jar
3. Copy this file to the 16.0 equivalent tomcat library folder:
   
   • DataLossPrevention/EnforceServer/16.0.00000/Protect/tomcat/lib
4. Back up xmltooling-1.4.6.jar file.
5. Delete the current xmltooling-1.4.6.jar file, leaving just the xmltooling-1.4.4.jar version in this folder
6. Start the Manager Service on the Enforce Server
