Since SCRT access is associated with a customer's access to the Broadcom Support Portal, a site administrator can remove Enterprise Access from the user for a specific Site ID / Customer.

Take note that even after the removal is done, a SCRT Administrator will still see the removed user defined to the SCRT application. However, the users SCRT Site Access and SCRT Site Administrator permissions should be set to "No" for the specific Site Id / Customer.
