Issue/Introduction

DX OI shows HTTP 500 error: /oi/v2/api/pa/contextMetrics when selecting 'Correlated Metrics" using Predictive Insights

Environment

Release : 21.x

Cause

It's an issue with the external_id/displayName attribute missing.

 

 

Resolution

Suggestions:

 

1) Check that  "SaaS" Management Module has not been deleted by mistake

 

 

If this was the case, a copy of default MM from 21.3.1GA release is attached to this KB

 

You can then import the Management Module: Create a Management Module

 

 

2) Check if the "APM OI" Metric grouping includes a regex entry that matching the metrics you are expecting to see in DX OI UIs
