Problem encountered only on some jobs which have Not run recently with last run in the previous year.
Quick Edit works fine for those jobs but Quick View returns the error message.
E131013 Job AS-BATCH12 not collected in WCC. It could mean some problem with monitoring collector.

Please proceed by the following steps to address the encountered issue :
1. Close all the connection sessions to the WCC User Interface
2. Then Stop the WCC Services (if HA on all wcc nodes)
3. Start the WCC Services Only on One of the WCC nodes
4. Run "wcc_monitor -u ejmcommander -p ejmcommander -d ALL" to clear the cache
5. Then login to WCC User Interface and check in “Configuration” “Monitoring Preferences” to make sure the "Use Workload Automation AE polices in EEM" is Unchecked
Problem resolved by applying the provided steps to refresh the cache.
