During SCIM configuration, when you click on 'API' button after successfully creating an instance, it fails with following error.

i.e.

The reason for this could be you are missing a required personality certificate for the DSA in question. Please refer to Symantec Directory product documentation on how you can use dxcertgen command line tool to generate a missing (or expired) certificate for DSA in question and after that it should work.
