Symantec Directory : Clicking on API button in SCIM instance errors out

Issue/Introduction

 

During SCIM configuration, when you click on 'API' button after successfully creating an instance, it fails with following error.

{"status":"404","details":"Resource XXXX not found","schema":["urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error"]}

i.e.

Release : 14.1

Resolution

The reason for this could be you are missing a required personality certificate for the DSA in question. Please refer to Symantec Directory product documentation on how you can use dxcertgen command line tool to generate a missing (or expired) certificate for DSA in question and after that it should work.
