Issue/Introduction

Getting LIB04 ... Users are in the same security group, GROUP INTACC=UPDATE

UPS.GROUPS LINE 1 is GBLACC=READ ...

Can you point me elsewhere to solve the LIB04?

In addition using the ALTER command will change the existing attributes

ALTER pfx.member  SHARED   

When you originally assign attributes you use the SAVE function

Function: Places contents of active AWS into library as member.
                                                               
Syntax:   SAVE mem < p < q > > < 'charstr' >                   
             < SEQ < s <l> / COBOL> / NOSEQ >
