Users with roles assigned are unable to see incidents in the endpoint reports

Issue/Introduction

Users with Roles to see the incidents/events are not showing within the data loss prevention endpoint reports of the dashboard with an incident access filter applied.   

Cause

Role configuration for incident access filters contains space between users. Any user with a space before their name (after a comma) or after their name will not be able to view all incidents. (see screenshot). No spaces must be before or after any username.
