How to find PEN ID for emails that were intercepted by Anti-Malware detection

Issue/Introduction

Locating the PEN ID for an email that was intercepted by Anti-Malware detection in order to release it from the Anti-Malware release page.

Resolution

There are two ways to find the PEN ID for an email:

1- From the notification email that gets delivered to the administrator and to the user. This can be configured from this page 

Services > Email Services > Anti-Malware > Alert Settings.

2- From the Anti-Malware detailed report.

This report can be generated by selecting Anti-Malware under Email Detailed Report (CSV) field.
