Unable to locate the VNA Installer Download in Support Portal

Issue/Introduction

I am unable to locate the VNA Installer Download in my Support Portal.

Environment

Release : 23.3.x, 24.3.x

Cause

Starting with NetOps VNA 22.2.6+ there are two VNA installers:

Example:

• NetOps-SDX-23.3.x-Linux-RELEASE.tar.gz    

or

• NetOps-VNA-23.3.x-Linux-RELEASE.tar.gz   
  
  

The SDX Installer is the same as VNA, with 4 additional plugins: Aruba, DNAC, Fortinet and Meraki.

Resolution

• If you are not able to locate the NetOps-VNA-23.3.x-Linux-RELEASE.tar.gz or NetOps-VNA-24.3.x-Linux-RELEASE.tar.gz check for NetOps-SDX-23.3.x-Linux-RELEASE.tar.gz or NetOps-SDX-24.3.x-Linux-RELEASE.tar.gz located under NETWORK OBSERVABILITY in Support Portal Download section.
• If you are using Aruba, DNAC, Fortinet or Meraki make sure you obtain the NetOps-SDX-23.3.x or NetOps-SDX-24.3.x installer.
