Logins (both domain and LDAP) intermittently failing to IM, OC, & AC: "The user name or password is incorrect."

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing both LDAP and nimsoft users fail more often then not, and it seems that this is even more frequent when logging in at the primary hub itself.

Resolution

Setup the LDAP setting similar to this example:

Group Container:

CN=<my group>,OU=Groups,OU=North America,DC=<Company>,DC=com

User Container:

OU=Users,OU=North America,DC=<Company>,DC=com
