Issue/Introduction

sav コマンドラインユーティリティ (/opt/Symantec/sdcssagent/AMD/tools/sav manualscan -s <スキャンパス>) を使用して手動スキャンを実行しても、スキャンの詳細が avman.log または amd.log に記録されない。また、スキャンの詳細が Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) または Integrated Cyber Defense Manager (ICDm) に転送されない。

• Symatnec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 14.3 RU3 以降

Resolution

この動作は、sav コマンドラインユーティリティの既知の制限事項です。スキャンの詳細 (スキャンされたファイル数やスキャン開始、完了時間など) は、管理コンソールに転送されません。スキャンの詳細は、ローカルの /var/log/sdcsslog/amdlog/sisamd_x.log で確認することができます。
