Error with Rdp application service that starts SSH application with Transparent Login

Issue/Introduction

User is trying to access a Linux device using a RDP Application (with Transparent Login) and the PAM Jump server. But when initiating connection, the RDP Application window returns an error of Access Denied. This is a usual access from the user, but it's the first time this error is presented. I logged on the Windows Jump server to test the connection and credentials and they were successful. Only when accessing through PAM Rdp application the error occurs. 

Environment

Release : 4.0.1, 4.1.2

Cause

Using Old Version
Also leaving Windows Jump Server overloaded, need reboot it some moment

Resolution

Tthe problem no longer occurs with Transparent after these actions:

• After upgraded PAM from 4.0.1 to 4.1.2
•  Restarted the Windows Jump Server
•  Also found a Antivirus Blocking the App in Transparent Login Server not allowing the App open. This application has been placed on the Antivirus exclusion list.
