Issue/Introduction

This document gives steps how to configure a single user agent for a domain user.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Resolution

Follow these steps

1. As a baseline, run the agent in multi-user mode and try to login and make sure it works

2. Configure and restart the agent in single-user mode and try to login and make sure this works

Note that when access this single user agent remotely, the login id should be domain\user
