Is MS Visual 2010 C++ still used for CA Service Management?

Issue/Introduction
From our security/Compliancy team we are instructed to remove "MS Visual 2010 C++" from our servers.
Can MS Visual 2010 C++ be uninstalled without problems on all these systems?
Environment
Release : 17.3
Resolution
The only product that need MS Visual Studio is APM. As stated in https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/ca-service-management/17-3/Release-Information/CA-Service-Management-17-3-Release-Notes/supportability-matrix.html
"If you are using PHP 7.4.23, ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x64 for Visual Studio 2019. Download the latest version from Microsoft Visual Studio.
PHP 7.3.29 and 7.4.23 is supported with CA SAM 4.6.0 on CA Asset Portfolio Management (ITAM) 17.3.0.10 and above only."
If you use Service Desk Virtual Analyst then the chatbot would need MS C++ as well. However, none of these will use MS Visual 2010 C++ but newer version like 2019.
