Steps to reproduce this issue:
After installation of GSS 3.x, two security groups were created. One group was created for Admins and one AD group for lower level AD users with limited rights.
With console security enabled, permissions were explicitly set for the limited rights group (MyTest) for the 'All Jobs' object:
The following setting was also applied in 'Program Options':
After the rights/security were applied for the limited rights AD group, A member of the Administrators group and created a new job in a custom folder called PROD and another job not in a folder. Permissions were then verified for these jobs and matched what was set for 'All Jobs'.
A user from the limited rights group then logs in to the console and the two new jobs were not visible to the user.
A member of the admin group then logs back in to the console and checks rights to the custom PROD folder. It shows the correct permissions that were set for 'All Jobs'. The Administrator then unchecked/rechecked the 'Allow' boxes, applied the rights, and did the same for the new job not contained in a folder.
The limited rights user then logged back in and the new jobs were visible. So it seems that newly created jobs are showing the correct permissions for the limited rights group, but the jobs are not visible unless the rights are applied again.
