Resolution

• You can use the APMIA from APM 10.8 which includes the datapower extension.  
• The Agent from APM 10.8 will work with APM 10.7 EM.
• The name of the APM 10.8 Agent with the datapower extension is called CA-APM-Infrastructure-Agent-r2023.3.0
