Issue/Introduction

Workload Automation System Agent does not start when Flexera and/or McAfee security software are running.

Environment

Release : 12.x

OS: Windows

Cause

The security kills the cybAgent.exe process.

Resolution

It is recommended to upgrade WA Agent to 12.1 version.

Also, disable the security software complete then start the agent.  Consult your security software admin / vendor to put an exception for WA Agent binaries (cybagent.exe, cybspawn.exe etc.).
