Issue/Introduction

Exceptions for a user and an FTP site do not trigger and cause uploads to be blocked.

Environment

Release : 15.8 MP3, 16.0

Cause

FTP site exceptions placed in the URL recipient field are not honored.

Resolution

Add FTP site addresses to the "Email/Newsgroups" field within the recipient rule, in order to trigger the exception.
