Issue/Introduction

The Remote Control Viewer is being used a Citrix Server (Windows Server 2012 R2).
If the user tries to access a particular remote directory the Remote Control Viewer crashes: with error

"egc30n.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module MSVCR100.dll at 0023:6A5F1891, fputwc_nolock()+2352 bytes(s)"
