Got "Feature transfer error" when installing ESP Workstation, how to resolve it?

Environment

Component: ESP Workstation
Release : 11.3

Resolution

Create the folders:
- C:\Users\Public\Documents\Cybermation\ESP Workstation\Applications
- C:\Users\Public\Documents\Cybermation\ESP Workstation\Resources

Then do the installation again.
