Issue/Introduction

Windows agent does not connect when using a CA signed certificate.

Error in the Agent log:

Resolution

The intermediate and/or root certificate that was used to sign the certificate is not available in the Windows Local Computer\Trusted Root Certification Authorities\Certificates  and needs to be imported.
