Configure To and Cc field in Email Template for Shared Task Notification and Reassignment Certification Task event

Issue/Introduction

We would like to configure the notification email for Shared Task Notification and Reassignment Certification Task event to send email to the assigned person and also to Cc the person whom assigned the task.

However, we are unable to find the settings to do that. Can we configure To and Cc fields in Email Template for Shared Task Notification and Reassignment Certification Task event?

Resolution

This will be an Enhancement Request.

Currently "To" or "Cc" fields are not configurable in Email Templates. "To" field will be defaulted to email address of the person the task is shared/reassigned to.
