Error when attempting to use a template on a Feature

Issue/Introduction

We're running into an error when attempting to use a template on a Feature to create a set of Stories.  "Error setting value for field [ Drag And Drop Ran ]: Value _________ is longer than 64 digits".

Cause

It seems like something may have gotten messed up on our end with the ranking of this Feature’s 10th and 11th Stories.

Resolution

I tried creating different templates with an increased amount of the Stories included until I encountered the error, which happened to be at 11 Stories in the template.  I then tried swapping out the 11th Story for another, and the template worked.  After that, I simply swapped the ranking of the 10th and 11th Stories and then back to the original rankings, and everything worked.
