Issue/Introduction

Notification of type request not displayed in AWI

When launching a CALL object under some circumstances the notification is not shown in AWI.
Although in Process Monitoring the status is Calling and the Job Report shows:

2022-08-08 11:38:58 - U00011071 User 'CD/CD' is internally informed via the User Interface.
Only after logout/login a message box (Input required) is displayed and the bell icon has the yellow line

Environment

Release : 21.0.4

Cause

This is a known issue and fixed in 21.0.9.

Resolution

 Please download and upgrade AE to 21.0.9.
