After upgrading PAM recently from 3.4.2 to 4.1.1, the Management Console does not show the new PAM version for all cluster nodes. One node shows the old version:
This node is a replacement of an older PAM instance that had used the same IP, but had a different hardware ID. This caused two rows to exist in a database table for the same node address, and by chance the aggregator node published the obsolete row to the management console.
Open a case with PAM Support to see if this problem can be resolved with manual database updates. This would require Support to access your PAM servers using SSH Debugging Services.
