Error: "Invalid collection definition query found for collection"

Issue/Introduction

The following error is seen in the SMP logs:

"4/25/2023 10:32:54 AM
","Invalid collection definition query found for collection 'Collection Name' (GUID).
Incorrect number of columns returned from the query.
1 GUID column is expected, but 2 is found.
Collection membership update will ignore the other columns and continue with the operation.
