How to remove Duplicate Rally Releases , Milestones, Iterations - Timeboxes

Issue/Introduction

There are some duplicate release timeboxes from the Rally workspace project with same name and time. One cascaded down to all projects while the other did not. How can we remove one without impacting the projects associated to the release Timeboxes.

I would recommend using the Plan > Timeboxes page to perform the delete(s).  Here is a screenshot of what fields and filters I think will be helpful in deciding what to delete.  

Once you get your filters and fields set up, you can sort by creation date and project etc.... to determine what you will delete.

As a note you will need to scope down on your projects on the Timeboxes page to see all the Releases for all projects.  https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=206936

Then start with one of the duplicates, say "XYZ 13" and rename one of the duplicates "XYZ 13 Dup" and make sure that you are cascaded to child projects. This should split the duplicates. Now look at XYZ 13 and XYZ 13 Dup.  This gives you two unique releases that you can look at - Delete the one that you don't want.  Repeat the process for each set of duplicates.
