Error: CABI is not available or accessible in 20.4 CU6

Issue/Introduction

CU6 was applied to UIM and when selecting Reports in Operator Console the following error appears:

CABI is not available or accessible. Please contact your administrator.

Access to the reports in CABI directly still works.

Environment

• Release: 20.4.6
• Component: UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - CABI REPORTS AND INTEGRATION
• CABI: 4.30

Cause

• An older version of the ump_cabi portlet was still in place.

Resolution

Deploy cabi_ump package 20.4.6 to the Operator Console server.
