I created a series of new fields in a CIT, added an API Attribute ID and I can see them and use them as filters or columns in the list view, but my users can't see them. The fields are not secured, so I'm not sure what is preventing them from seeing them. I cleared the application cache and asked the user to clear their cache. the fields are still not visible.
Admin who created/can see the fields did force save on the Project object which consequently made the elusive fields visible again to the non-admin users.
