Force reinstall of PMO Accelerator

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the "Accelerator: Program Management Office" add-in, the Content Add-Ins page still shows that it is "Upgrade Pending".

Resolution

Force reinstall the PMO Add-in.

Important: Back up both your Clarity home folder and database before proceeding. When using force option all PMO configurations are reset to default and customizations are reverted.

1. Open the file <CLARITY_HOME>\META-INF\content\xog\csk\install.xml
2. Edit the following section (set value to true):

<property name="force" value="true"/>

3. With all services stopped, re-install CSK (admin content csk)
4. Undo the changes to the install.xml file (set value to false)

After re-installing, the status should now be "Installed" or "Upgrade Ready".
