z/OSMF IZUPRMxx parameter change

Issue/Introduction

If changes are made to IZUPRMxx member in SYS1.PARMLIB, is there a way to dynamically update the changes from PARMLIB member or LPAR needs to be IPLed?

Environment

Release : 16.0

Resolution

IPL is not needed to pick up changes in IZUPRMxx member.

zOSMF address space needs to be restarted to pick up new changes.
