After following the steps on this section [Install JasperReports Server 8.1.1] I manage to login into JasperSoft without any problem. This was a new install.
Now moving to [Integrate JasperReports Server 8.1.1 with CA Service Management] section, I stumbled into the sub-section [Enable authentication files for communication]
At step "b." says "Navigate to Manage > Users"
At step "c." says "From the left navigation, select casm_insights"
I can't find any casm_insights references in Jasper
This is what I am seeing.

Additional integration steps and configurations were not followed immediately after installing Jasper.
Installing Jasper alone will not create the "casm_insights" component referenced in the documentation.
The integration steps will involve copying a series of jar files and other configurations into the Jasper installation, which include extending the password field. Details on these steps are provided in KB Article 229061. The steps are similar to integration steps that apply for Jasper 7.9.
Alternatively, in later releases of Service Management, RU22 and higher, you can also run the RU22 install media from the Jasper server and select Integrate CABI JasperReports Server with CA Service Management.
Once these integration steps are completed, the missing "casm_insights" element will appear:
