Security Insights is part of the Security Suite and included as part of the license.

 Advanced Authentication Mainframe:  
 Auditor: 
 Cleanup for ACF2 (or Top Secret, or RACF):  
 Compliance Event Manager:  
 Secuirty Inisight
 Trusted Access Manager for Z

If not licensed for the Security Suite, it would be a separate chargeable product license.
